I finally got a picture of it! This is the first chain I've made with 100% silver, and I must say I'm really happy with the way it turned out. (the 20 minutes in the tumbler didn't hurt)

All saw-cut 18ga stirling silver rings with a store-bought clasp. I coiled and sawed the rings myself because I'm a badass like that. Unfortunately the time that it would have taken to solder all those rings would have been prohibitive, so I'm not THAT much of a badass.

But it's a really good picture!

(hurray for my old trusty scanner)

I'd suggest using steel to learn it instead of aluminum. It's much better when it has a satisfying weight to it. :nod:

gorgeous! I love the look of this but have yet to create it myself, perhaps seeing this will inspire me to get on that... if I remember correctly I don't think I have tight enough rings though so I may not be able to...
